About Me

I’ve always loved food—cooking, trying new recipes, and sharing meals with people I care about.

Before becoming a dietitian, I worked as a Physical Therapy Aide, helping patients rebuild strength. That’s where I saw how much people were trying their best… while feeling under-fueled, overwhelmed, or confused by nutrition.

And honestly, I’ve been there too.

I’ve had my own ups and downs with weight—fad diets, cleanses, 1,200-calorie days. The quick fixes never lasted, and the rebound always felt worse.

Studying nutrition changed everything. I started seeing my body as something to support, not “fix.” When I shifted from restriction to nourishment (and yes, I still check the dessert menu first), I finally felt at ease in my body.

That’s the approach I bring to my work today—especially for people navigating weight loss, GLP-1 medications, or staying fueled during PT:

  • Simple, realistic habits

  • Enough protein for strength + energy

  • GLP-1 eating that feels doable on low-appetite days

  • Judgment-free support that fits real life

Because food should make your life fuller—not more complicated.

If you want steady energy, confidence with food, and guidance that meets you where you are, I’d love to help.
