I don’t give rigid meal plans—but we will absolutely figure out what to eat.
What the first session looks like
Your initial session is 70 minutes.
We’ll go through:

your history with food and weight

your current eating patterns

anything that’s been frustrating or confusing
Then we’ll:

identify a few key areas to focus on

make small, realistic adjustments

talk through what this could look like moving forward
You won’t leave with a long list of rules—just a clear direction and a starting point.
Most lasting progress happens through ongoing guidance, accountability, and small adjustments over time.
Many clients begin with their initial session, then continue with a package or monthly support.
